What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you give us — your name, phone number, optional email and message. When we build a wish for you, we store the content you share for it: names, dates, messages, photos, music, voice notes and video.
How we use it
Only to build and deliver your wish and to talk to you about your order. We never sell your information, and we never use your photos or messages for marketing without asking you first.
Where it lives
Your content is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. Wishes are served from private, unlisted links that are kept out of search engines; password protection is available on request.
Views and replies
A wish keeps a simple count of how many times it was opened, and — if the reply feature is enabled — any message the birthday person chooses to send back. Both are visible only to us and shared with you, the sender.
Cookies and analytics
We keep it minimal: no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics and no selling of browsing data. The site stores a small preference (like your chosen view mode) in your browser and keeps basic technical logs needed to run the service. We also count a few usage events first-party — for example that the demo was opened — to understand what works.
To tell whether that was ten different people or one person ten times, each event carries a short code we work out from your network address and browser, scrambled one way so it cannot be turned back. We never store your network address itself, and this code needs no cookie. It is mixed with the date, so it changes every night and there is nothing in it that follows you from one day to the next, from one device to another, or anywhere off this site.
If you say yes to being remembered
Separately from the above, we may ask whether we can remember your browser. This is entirely your choice, we ask once, and “no thanks” is a real answer that we record and respect — everything on this site works the same either way.
If you agree, we set a cookie holding a random identifier for 90 days. Unlike the nightly code above, this one is stable: it lets us see the pages and designs you looked at across visits, and if you later give us your phone number it links the two — so when we call, we already know which designs you were interested in. We also record the town or region your connection appears to be in, worked out by our hosting provider. We do not store your network address and we do not track you on other websites.
To withdraw: decline when asked, or clear this site's cookies in your browser at any time. Declining deletes the identifier immediately, and anything already recorded under it stops being linked to you. You can also message us and we will delete it.
When you give us your number
If you leave your phone number — in an enquiry, or through a prompt asking whether we should send you designs and pricing — we store it so we can reply, and we record when you agreed to be contacted. We use it to contact you about your enquiry on WhatsApp or by phone, and for nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or add it to any advertising audience.
Deleting your data
Ask us any time and we will take down a wish and delete its photos, audio and other content, along with your enquiry details, your phone number and any browsing history we hold against it.
