What Wishly is

Wishly is a hand-crafted digital gift service. You tell us about someone you love; we design and build a personalised, animated birthday experience and deliver it to you as a single private link you can share.

Ordering and payment

Package prices are listed on our home page. When you send an enquiry we confirm the details with you on WhatsApp, share simple payment options (UPI and more), and start building once payment is confirmed. The price you see for your chosen package is the price you pay — any extras are agreed with you first.

Delivery and revisions

Most wishes are ready within 24–48 hours of confirmation, depending on the package; express delivery is available on request. We want it perfect — share feedback and we will refine it, with the number of revision rounds depending on your package.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start building. Once building has begun, we will always try to make it right through revisions first; if we are unable to deliver your wish, you receive a full refund.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to share the photos, messages, audio and video you send us, and that you have the consent of the people appearing in them. We use your content only to build and deliver your wish — nothing else.

Your wish link

Wishes live on private, unlisted links and stay online long-term. Password protection is available on request, and we will take a wish down whenever you ask.
