Who we are
Wishly is a digital studio based in India(“Wishly”, “we”, “us”). By ordering from us or using a link we send you, you agree to these terms. Our contact details are on the Contact page.
What we sell
Hand-crafted digital products: personalised wish pages; invitation websites for weddings, engagements, kids' birthday parties and baby showers; and photo cards. Everything is delivered online as a private link (and, for cards, downloadable files) — nothing physical is shipped. See Shipping & Delivery.
Ordering
You can order by sending us an enquiry, on WhatsApp, or by checking out on the site. Most orders come with a private builder link: it is yours alone, so please don't share it — anyone holding it can edit your order. The plan you choose decides which features and designs are included.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed on our pricing pages in Indian Rupees (INR), and the price shown for your plan is the price you pay — any extras are agreed with you first. Pay online through our payment provider, Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets), or by direct UPI transfer. Your card and UPI details go straight to Razorpay and your bank; we never see or store them. A payment made online is confirmed automatically; a direct UPI transfer is confirmed once we have checked it arrived.
Advance payments
Some invitation orders are split into an advance and a balance; when yours is, your builder shows both amounts. The advance is due before you send your invitation to us for review, and the full amount is due before it goes live. You can always pay the full amount at once instead.
Delivery and going live
A wish page is ready within 24–48 hours of your payment being confirmed, depending on the plan. An invitation goes live once we have reviewed it and the full amount is paid. We may decline to publish anything that breaks these terms.
Revisions and changes
We want it perfect: share feedback and we will refine your wish, with the number of revision rounds depending on your plan. Invitations stay editable from your builder link until your editing window closes, so changing a date or a venue is in your hands.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel before we start work for a full refund. Once work has begun we fix things first, and if we can't deliver your order you get a full refund. The details — advances, card unlocks, failed payments and timelines — are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to share the photos, messages, audio and video you send us, and the consent of the people who appear in them. Nothing you share may be unlawful, hateful or harassing. We use your content only to build and deliver your order — nothing else.
Your link
Wishes and invitations live on private, unlisted links and stay online long-term. Password protection is available on some plans, and we will take your page down whenever you ask.
Our responsibility
We build every order with care, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. If something goes wrong, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Disputes
If you are unhappy, please talk to us first — almost everything can be fixed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute that can't be settled between us is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
